Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping 

Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping  in the United States.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

International shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Samin Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within  4-5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hellosamin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS, and DHL our shipping carriers have limitations/do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Refer to their shipping policies before placing an order.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, and if for whatever reason you don’t, email us within 15 days of purchase at hello@hellosamin.com and we will do our best to make you happy. We handle returns/exchanges  on a case-by-case basis, and may accommodate a 30 day return window for holiday gifts or other special exceptions. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we will work to make sure you have a great shopping experience.
